So my family agreed to pick up my neighbors mail. She still gets her son's mail even though she kicked him out. His son is in Pelican Bay and apparently he spent sometime there too. So my mom told my sister if he comes looking for his mail, to not let him in but answer the door and lock the door when you get the mail. My sister told me this three days ago. This morning I hear my mom telling my dad how she told my sister not to let him in. i guess she remembers she didn't tell me. So she comes knocking on my door not wanting to hear it again I tell her I'm getting dressed. She comes in anyway. WTF?

the boy sitting next to me is sitting to close.
i wish people would respect personal space rules.
in 2nd grade noah was the first one to draw a line down his desk.
everyone else followed suit.
aidan measured his desk to make sure he wasn't cheated out of desk space.
and i to this day like my space and refer to it as my personal space.
i dont like it when people feel to close to me.
strangers often invade my personal space.
so does my mom.
i try not to invade other people's personal space.
the girl next to me smells funny.
she often sits near me and often smells funny.
i usually leave.
but the boy who was invading my space has left.
so i moved over away from the girl.
if the boy were here i'd be invading his personal space.
three sixity one and twelve cents to be exact.
but i was too tired.
its okay because im not scheduled.
but they let me work anyway.
my paycheck is going to be small.
i have a missing punch and only worked 8 days on that paycheck.
so i'm only going to get paid for 7.
the gov'ment have take almost a thousand dollars from me.

Before I went off to Europe this past summer my mom bought me two pairs[one in pink, one in black] of knock off Chuck Taylors from Target. They were on clearance for $4.98. One pair was black and the other pink, both pairs were the whole no shoelace thing which at the time I was totally against. But since I lost my chucks after I threw one shoe over my fence, I was almost forced to wear them. Since I'm not a big fan of pink and I had limited space in my suitcase[I was after all doing all only carry on as this was pre August 9th] I decided to take the black pair with me. After two weeks of constant wear the shoes kinda grew on me, despite the fact they were laceless, and I started to wear them all time. Over the past few weeks [or rather months] I've noticed they've gotten a little wear and tear to them and therefore I have decided to get *new shoes* only problem is I cannot decide which shoes I want.

At first glance my shoes dont look that bad, just a little diry but then...

so I've narrowed it down to three pairs of shoes

What do you think?

Last night when I came home from work, which was in reality early this morning, I decided to look at my horoscope for the day because Holiday matthis always seems to know whats up:

And although I didn't get in trouble for talking while at work yesterday, I should have. Non-white David came by and was talking to me so Ihad my walkie turned real low, when I hear my supervisor scome over the sound system saying "Team member Lynn call line 2283, once again team mmember Lynn please call line 2283" still talking to David I was like shit did you hear what number they said? but he hadnt so I went to the phone over in seasonal and saw Mike and asked if he heard the number. So I just picked up the phone and let it go straight to the [new (bad)] operator, and no one is on the other line. I see Ernistine and ask for her help, and she calls back to the operator but whoever is on the other line isn't the new operator because they know it isn't my voice and ask where I am. The person connects us and still no answer. Figuring it was a customer who just hung up, I was like oh well? But a little worried because the person was probably on the phone for a while and I didn't hear the call to my area because I was too busy chatting. But I wondered why they wouldnt address it to Beatrice as well.

After the store close and I finished zoning my area, I went over to help seasonal with their go backs. Kenneth the Operator was there and I asked him what he was doing still hanging around since the operators get off when the store closes and it had been closed for a good 30 minutes. He tells me that he was getting a ride home but asks what makes me so special to get personal calls at work.[Thinking he might have heard about last week where Mondell thought I was talking on my cellphone at work even though I didn't have my cellphone on me that day, I think he was just trying to get me to admit I was talking to Jamie in the department over but whatevaz] I ask Kenneth the Operator what he was talking about, and he says that call earlier was for you. and I was like whaaaa? because lets be real who calls me, let alone call me at work? And I was like who was it? and he was all it was some guy asking for you he called and said hello can i speak to lynn this is her suitor. and i was like whaaa? and kenneth was all i didnt know guys even did that anymore so who is trying to court you? i told him no one but we all know all the boyz wanna holla.

anyhow that horoscope turned out to be for today, my momma just brought the paper home early. anyhow it still fits since i dont have work and chinatown today?

on a side note i started talking "black" by saying things like i be going i'll axkes.

on an extra side note inspired by jenni buz i'll try to update this thing often, if not everyday.

1. What is your favorite breakfast food and why?
My favortia breakfast food which is actually a breakfast food is waffles with strawberries and whip cream. i also love orson's mom swedish pancakes.

2. If you could live in any city in the world, which would it be?
amsterdam, not because of the legal drugs, but because of the nice weather, good food, friendly people, and funny looking cars. although biking is big there so i dont know about that.

3. When you were a kid, which did you anticipate most greatly: your birthday or christmas?
my birthday is right before christmas so for me it was just a month of presents. although i got cake on my birthday i think christmas i looked forward to more.

4. What is your most desired super power?
the ability to stop time or slow it down. like they did in clockstoppers.

5. If you could speak to someone who is dead, for one hour, who would it be?
my dog. althought he might not count as a someone i would just like to see him again.

I think I am the only one who is going to miss high school. All last semester and at the beginning of this semester all I wanted was for school to be over for good. Now I don't want to leave. Everyone else seems more than eager to leave but I don't know. Things will never be the same. Things will change. Mr Jones made the whole thing even sadder with the speech he gave and then his individual goodbyes. I really don't want to leave high school...

I went to my first dodger game of the season yesterday.

threw the first pitch. I only went because I wanted the blanket and left after the first inning turns out it was a good game. Go figure.
